Change and growth take place when a person has risked himself and dares to become involved with experimenting with his own life.

Learn, Grow, Feel Better
At some point, many people find themselves feeling that something just isn’t right. Some wrestle with relationship issues, others with existential questions, disappointment, self-doubt or self-criticism. Many have the sense that there must be a better or different way to live, think or feel that leads to more meaning, effectiveness, friendship and love.
It’s always a relief to find out what’s driving these feelings and discover that you really do have options about how to respond to them. Often this involves seeing the problem in a new way and reframing the issue with a different perspective so that you can identify new opportunities for change and growth. Frequently, we are blind to ourselves so we keep applying the same wrong solution because we can’t see the source of the problem.
As a therapist, I often serve as a “thinking partner” and trusted companion to help people along their journey of self-discovery and healing. I provide the perspective and caring support you need to find purpose, feel better and feel more whole.
Of course, how we work together depends on your concerns and needs. As an integrative clinician, I value and utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches. Because therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach, the process is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you gain self-understanding and get more of what you want out of life.
